Piche Building & Design is a family-owned and operated residential construction company dedicated to three things: integrity, quality, and service. In all we do, we will work with you to make your experience the best it can be.

 

Our experienced management team will listen to understand your vision and find the best way to make your construction project a reality – all while respecting your budget in the process. We’re glad to implement your plan or can work with you to design a project from the ground up.

 

Throughout the build, we’ll communicate the schedule and the progress so you know exactly what to expect. And we’ll do it all with a good attitude.

 

Whatever you need done, we’ll make sure your experience is top-notch.

Design

We can build from your plans or help you design your own ideas. Either way, we'll help make your dream a reality.

Custom Build

Nothing gets us as excited as a custom project from scratch. Each customer is unique and we like to create a perfect match.

Additions

If you can think it, we can build it. We take great pride in our work and can't wait to help you create the space you want.

Remodels

Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc., from start to finish we promise professional service and quality production.

Meet the Owners

Dan fell in love with carpentry as a young boy watching his dad, Lee Piche, build the family home in New Hampshire. His first opportunity to really get his hands dirty, though, came when he helped him on Habitat for Humanity Projects. That passion turned into a career building high end homes in the Bay Area before moving with his wife and twin boys to Denver to be near family. When Dan is not busy creating he loves to entertain with his BBQ meat smoker and take his boys on bike rides on the many great trails Colorado has to offer.

Marvin hails from the East Coast, but has lived by both seas. He comes from a long line of craftsman so you could say that carpentry is in his blood. For 18 years, now, Marvin has been utilizing his carpentry skill and continues to refine his craft with new projects. When he's not busy building something, Marvin loves to explore his adopted home of Colorado.
